Our Limmud Toronto 2020 Festival on Sunday, November 21 begins at 10AM EST. Sessions continue at 11am, 12noon, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.
In order to get the most out of our festival, you need to follow these important steps.
Step 1: BUILD YOUR PROGRAM AHEAD OF TIME
For each of the sessions you plan to attend, you must log in to the Sched account connected to the email address you used when purchasing your ticket.
Log in using either the email address or username you used when purchasing tickets.
If you are having trouble, click ‘Reset your password’ and you’ll receive an email with a prompt for a new password.
To ‘reserve your seat’ click on the little white circle in the top left corner of each session title to produce a checkmark.
Step 2: ON NOVEMBER 22, SIGN IN TO SESSIONS AT THE FESTIVAL
To sign into sessions on Sunday, return to Sched, log in to the correct account, and click on the session you want to join.
Click the bright yellow “Open Zoom” button.
The “Open Zoom” button will become available 10 minutes before each session. Zoom links will only show to logged-in users who are registered for the session. If you don’t see the button or it’s not working for you, make sure you have reserved a seat for that session and are logged in.
Step 3: PREPARE TO ZOOM

Use the Chat Feature:
Your microphone will be muted, but don’t let that keep you from being social. Underneath your video, you will see a button that says ‘chat’. Click that to open a room-wide group chat where you can interact with fellow attendees on the topic being discussed. Most sessions will encourage your participation through Q & A. Use the chat window to ask your question. The host will be monitoring the chat throughout the presentation.
